In recent years,nitrogen vacancy(NV)centers has great potential to be applied to the research of quantum sensors due to the high sensitivity of magnetic field and excellent spatial resolution.Using NV centers as a magnetic sensor has characteristics which other atom magnetometer incomparable,it is possible to be widely used in various quantum sensing research and inertial guidance in the future.This paper briefly introduces the research progress and development status of the current atomic magnetometer,and the research progress of the solid NV color core quantum magnetometer.It mainly focuses on the working mechanism,sensitivity analysis,fluorescence efficient collection and integration of NV magnetometer.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the study of the atomic structure,energy level distribution and transition mechanism of NV color center,this paper lays the foundation for the theoretical work of NV magnetometer below.Starting with the principle of NV color center's magnetic field detection,it focuses on the analysis of several major magnetic measurement schemes.Starting from the sensitivity analysis,several key parameters and limiting factors affecting the performance of NV magnetometers are analyzed.Then,based on the sensitivity of NV magnetometer to limit the fluorescence collection efficiency,an efficient fluorescence collection scheme was designed and the collection efficiency was estimated.The optical detection magnetic resonance measurement platform was built and the NV magnetometer was platform-based.It was verified that the designed fluorescence efficient collection device was applied to the magnetic measurement platform,achieving an improvement of NV fluorescence collection efficiency by two orders of magnitude,and spin resonance detection at a microwave power of-20 dBm.Finally,the real-time detection technology of solid-state spin signals was applied to NV magnetometers to realize the detection of open-loop NV magnetometers.An integrated NV magnetometer was designed according to the platform-type measurement principle,and the head size was limited to 1.5cm*1.5cm*2.5cm.Within 15cm*9cm*9cm,through the design of the integrated structure,the sensitivity,noise,and bandwidth of the magnetometer are detected,and the system magnetic field sensitivity reaches21nT/?Hz.This article through the NV centers magnetometer principle verification,platform construction,and efficient collection of key technologies such as research,to achieve the development of integrated magnetometer.It promotes the application of NV color center to measure high-precision magnetic field in the future,and provides theoretical analysis and experimental basis for NV color center quantum device integration and chip research.
