In the application of automatic test technology in the aerospace field,there are many harsh and extreme test sites.These test sites are generally unreachable or detrimental to human health.Therefore,it is necessary to maintain a safe distance between the person and the test object through the test system.Because the communication between the test system and the object to be measured is realized through a high-speed data transmission system,adopting an effective transmission scheme to improve the reliability of long-distance data transmission is a key issue that needs to be solved in this research.This article first introduces the design of data transmission platform,and elaborates the hardware design and software design of high-speed serial bus transmission.By comparing the theoretical value of the transmission distance of the high-speed serial bus interface with the measured value,it is found that there is a deficiency in the transmission of the signal on the transmission line.The longer the transmission distance,the greater the attenuation of the signal and the greater the possibility of distortion.And for long-distance transmission,the distributed series resistance of the transmission line will cause the signal to reflect and destroy the integrity of the signal.Based on the analysis results and considerations for cost savings,it was decided to use feedback error correction mechanisms to improve the reliability of the transmission.Due to the adoption of a feedback error correction mechanism,multiple data retransmissions are performed,causing delays in data transmission and resulting in a decrease in the actual transmission rate.Therefore,the Stop-Wait ARQ is improved and the Continuous ARQ design is realized.In order to implement the error detection function of the feedback error correction mechanism,it is determined to use a CRC check against a variety of check code schemes.The efficiency of the traditional CRC check calculation method is too low,so the CRC check algorithm needs to be improved,the CRC direct drive table method is deduced,and an optimized design scheme is implemented through software.With the help of the test platform designed by this subject,the HOTLink bus interface and the LVDS bus interface were tested several times.From the analysis of the test results,we can see that the optimized design scheme can increase the transmission distance of high-speed data transmission,greatly improving the reliability of high-speed data transmission,and has the advantages of less occupied resources,low cost,short development cycle,and easy portability.
