In the modern mechanical transmission and manufacturing field,as a new type of transmission,the planetary roller screw converts rotary motion to linear motion by using the principle of rolling friction.Compared with the existing ball screw pair,the planetary roller screw has many advantages,including small friction,high transmission efficiency,large carrying capacity,long service life,small size,all these make it become a favorite in the realm of aviation,aerospace,precision machine tools,etc.In this paper,a recirculating roller screw is presented,and its transmission principle,geometric structure parameters,working process and transmission characteristics are deeply studied.Firstly,according to the threaded transmission and spatial analytic geometry method,its working principle and motion characteristics are analyzed,a kind of recirculating roller screw structure is put forward,the spatial structure model of a recirculating roller screw is established with a working torque of 200 N·m and a rotational speed of 4000r/min.And the structure size is deduced and calculated from two aspects of the axis and the end face,its basic parameter calculation method is obtained,and the structural size of each part of the elements is determined.At the same time,the concrete calculation equation of structural strength,stiffness and life prediction is established,and the strength and life of the planetary roller screw are checked,its calculation life can be up to 30000 hours.Secondly,the digital model of the recirculating roller screw is established by using SOLIDWORKS software.The virtual assembly is carried out according to the relationship between transmission principle and spatial structure,and the interference relationship among components is checked,and the reason for forming interference is explained.The structure model is introduced into the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software,the static analysis of the thread meshing part is completed,the modal analysis of the whole structure is completed.The deformation and stress distribution of thread engagement are studied.The results show that the maximum deformation of roller thread decreases along axial direction,the maximum stress is deformed on the top of thread,and the maximum displacement is deformed at the root of thread.The structural model is imported into kinematics simulation software ADAMS,and the kinematic characteristics of the recirculating roller screw are analyzed,and the specific characteristics of axial displacement,speed and acceleration of roller and nut are obtained.Finally,the local manufacturing enterprise was commissioned to produce a sample of the recirculating roller screw with a working torque of 200 N·m and a rotational speed 4000r/min.The machining geometric parameters of the main parts of the sample were detected on the universal tool microscope of the model JX13 B,including the large diameter 32.001 mm of the screw thread,the pitch error of-5 ?m,the spiral angle of 1.1506 degrees,and the tooth angle of 60.01 degrees.A running and loading test method for recirculating roller screw is put forward,and a running and loading test device is designed.The running and loading test of the recirculating roller screw is given and the concrete implementation scheme of the loading test is given.
