Theoretical Analysis And Experimental Research On Rolling Screw Roller

A new type roller is first put forward in this paper——rolling screw roller. There is something improved and enhanced on the basis of traditional roller. The rolling screw roller can absorb shocks more efficiently, can reduce noise and vibration during transmission, and extended roller useful life, thus extending the useful life of the chain. So, it can be applied to the high-speed roller chain transmission occasions, such as : the timing chains in car engine, aircraft fuel pumps chain. This is the traditional roller can not reach.This article briefly introduces the history of the chain development, which describes respectively the merits and shortcomings of chain transmission and gear transmission and belt drive, introduces the invalidation forms and the performance of other parts during the process of running chain. The chain has become an important component in mechanical industry. The research topic, the purpose to be achieved and the subject in theory and reality significance are also elucidated.
