| The project mainly refers to the large construction project,which mainly involves civil construction,building decoration,equipment installation and so on.It is a complex system project.It has the characteristics of long construction period,large capital investment,high technical requirements,wide range of coverage,numerous uncertain factors and one-time characteristics.Therefore,the project is faced with great risks in the whole process of implementation,which must be prevented and controlled;otherwise it will directly affect the project process and effect.With the continuous development of society and the increasing competition,the requirements of engineering projects are getting higher and higher.The risk assessment and management become more and more important in engineering projects.The risk assessment of engineering projects can improve the reliability of the decision and make the expected return more accurate.Engineering risk assessment combines qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Based on mathematical statistics theory and method,it provides quantitative risk influence degree and helps investment managers to avoid risks as much as possible,which has the function of improving investment effectiveness.Based on the introduction of risk theory related to the project,the new campus construction projects in a university in Zhengzhou,the risk index system was constructed,and builds up the project risk assessment model;then this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the risk assessment of Zhengzhou high school has a new campus construction project results the collection,based on the descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire data were analyzed by using factor analysis method,the weights of the various risk indicators and the implementation of the four stages of the project are determined at the same time,the implementation of the risk coefficient according to each phase of the project the project put forward the corresponding risk prevention measures and suggestions. |
