In recent years,the digital manufacturing technology has developed rapidly in the field of mechanical design and manufacturing,which becomes the indispensable part of the product in its whole life increasingly.The MBD technology has been introduced gradually in the field of the most machinery industry,especially in aviation field,which makes digital design on a new step.The MBD technology uses an integrated 3D model to express the complete product definition information.However,during its development,a series of new problem produced inevitably,such as "hedgehog " phenomenon.In order to solve the problems such as information confusion of the MBD model,model information can be divided into the dominant and recessive information respectively based on NX in this paper.The dominant information refers to information that could directly label on the model,in this way,engineers can read the information on the 3D model directly;The recessive information is the information that seems not easy to label on the model directly,which needs other methods to view it.The labeling method of dominant information in 3D model has been studied in this paper;the expression method of other recessive information in MBD 3D model has been improved.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The labeling method of MBD model in NX was studied.The dominant information,such as linear size,radial size,roughness and tolerance,etc,of the MBD model was labeled by PMI technology,which used the method that different types of information were showed on different views.In this way,the dominant information could be distributed evenly in every view,which avoided the Information disorder caused by that dominant information is over-focused on a single view.(2)The secondary development technology was used to carry on the part of the second development to UG9.0 based on Visual Studio2012 platform,which achieved the expression of recessive information of MBD model.The technical requirement library of parts is developed;The recessive information such as name,material,purpose and process route was found and searched by improved recursive depth-first search algorithm;The program was developed in which all information or part of it of the BOM list in MBD model could be exported to the excel table,which made the search of BOM information more conveniently.Eventually,JT lightweight file was introduced in the last part.
