In recent years,with the improvement of the economic and technological level of our country,the construction industry has also entered a period of rapid development.The traditional single rigid living space can no longer satisfy the quality of life requirements,People pursue more free and fashionable building environment,which can stimulate the creativity,As a result,more and more complex engineering projects gradually appeared in front of our eyes.When the complexity of engineering projects became greater and greater,and the project duration was tight,The disadvantages of the traditional project design method gradually appear.BIM technology provides a collaborative platform to facilitate communication among project participants,serving the entire life cycle of project design,construction,operation,maintenance and demolition.Based on BIM technology,this paper analyzes and discusses the optimization application of HVAC design for production management and logistics service in a cigarette factory.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.By studying the related references and other related data of BIM technology,I summarize the concepts and applications of BIM technology.For example,in the concept of BIM,I mainly study the connotation,characteristics,related software and standards of BIM technology;in the application of BIM,I mainly study the three dimensions of BIM application,and study and summarize the application value,risks and challenges of BIM.2.Combined with an example of a cigarette factory production management and logistics service housing project,the HVAC design optimization application is carried out based on BIM.The modeling method is explored to improve the quality of the modeling and the efficiency of the modeling.According to the relevant pipeline comprehensive principles and construction specifications,the pipeline is optimized and the suitable pipe network scheme is determined.The quality and efficiency of modeling can be greatly improved by using the standard model and modular modeling method,and the whole life cycle of the project can be better served.The rational pipeline layout and drawing scheme can be established by the BIM technology for the pipeline comprehensive deepened design of the official network system.The whole process is faster and more efficient.
