Hybrid armored vehicle has been developed rapidly because of its advantages of no pollution,good power performance and long driving mileage.As an important part of the power system,the performance of high-power drive motor directly determines the vehicle's power output capacity.This puts forward higher requirements for the design of the drive motor.This paper takes the hybrid armored vehicle as the research object,designs and verifies the parameters of the drive motor system,and then carries out the simulation of the radial electromagnetic force,the analysis of the influence of different structural parameters on the radial electromagnetic force and the analysis of the harmonic response caused by the radial electromagnetic force.Finally,the software for calculating and analyzing the performance parameters of the drive motor is designed and developed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,the permanent magnet synchronous motor is used as the driving motor of the transmission system,and the driving mode of double motor is adopted.The structural parameters of the motor are determined by the performance objectives,The two-dimensional model of the drive motor is established by the finite element software ANSYS Maxwell to verify the feasibility of the design scheme.(2)In order to optimize the structure of the motor,based on the established two-dimensional model of the drive motor,the radial air gap magnetic density is obtained by the finite element method,and then the radial electromagnetic force on the inner surface of the stator teeth is solved by the field calculator.Different motor structure parameters will affect the amplitude and frequency spectrum distribution of the radial electromagnetic force.Therefore,this paper makes a single analysis of the pole slot fit,slot width and pole arc coefficient Factor analysis,analysis of its impact on the radial electromagnetic force,and finally get an optimal combination of parameters of the motor model.In order to study whether the radial electromagnetic force wave will resonate at the natural frequency of the motor,the two-dimensional model is transformed into three-dimensional model in Maxwell,and the stator core,the double motor shell structure and the fixed mode of the double motor system are analyzed by using ANSYS Workbench modal module.Then the mode superposition method is used to study the harmonic response of the drive motor,and the frequency range of the electromagnetic force wave is determined by observing the peak frequency.(3)Finally,this paper develops a software for calculating the performance parameters of the drive motor,the main function of which is to calculate the radial electromagnetic force and electromagnetic torque of the motor.Secondly,in order to realize the generality of the software,the optimal combined motor model obtained above is a typical design case,and the motor design is usually carried out in the way of experience design,power,size analogy and so on.According to this case,the parameters of the motor system can be modified in the software to realize the calculation of radial electromagnetic force and electromagnetic torque,and the vibration excitation calculation of the new power transmission scheme can be realized.
