Sandwich panels follow the economic,beautiful and applicable of architectural design requirements.It has obvious advantages in the use of building structure.The new type lightweight composite roof sandwich panel is based on ordinary sandwich panel and the structure of open-web sandwich plate is referenced,and cylindrical shear key is designed to improve the structural performance in the sandwich layer.The new type lightweight composite roof sandwich panel has excellent mechanical properties and less thickness than the traditional beam roof structure,which can effectively reduce the floor height.And it use the politerm blu concrete material to reduce the structural weight.The bottom of floor is level off,and do not need ceiling decoration.So,it can be widely used,its further research and innovation has great significance.Firstly,according to the structural characteristics of the new type lightweight composite.roof sandwich panels,the stress and mechanical properties of the sandwich panels are analyzed theoretically,and the flexural stiffness and shear stiffness are obtained.The basic differential equation was obtained by continuous analysis of the new lightweight composite roof sandwich panel by using the "sandwich plate method",which cylindrical shear key is equivalent to the sandwich layer.Finally,the analytical solution of deflection deformation was obtained,which combines with the form of load and boundary conditions.14 new type lightweight composite roof sandwich panels were designed with three variable factors,such as the bulk density of concrete,the diameter of steel wire mesh and the arrangement of steel wire mesh,to study the destruction and ultimate bearing capacity.The results show that the bearing capacity of the new type lightweight composite roof sandwich panels is high,which satisfies the design requirements,and there is no cracking phenomenon at the bottom of the plate,the ductility of the politerm blu concrete is verified.Shear failure is on the edge of the beam at 45° when continue to loading.Finally,the finite element analysis model was established according to the three variables such as bulk density,steel wire diameter and the arrangement of steel wire mesh based on the experimental by ABAQUS.Study on the Mechanical Performance of the new type lightweight composite roof sandwich panels.It shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.Then,the influence of the parameters such as the size,the number and the arrangement method of the cylindrical shear key on the bending resistance of the new type lightweight composite roof sandwich panel is analyzed.Then a more powerful structure than the original design scheme is found. |
