As China’s construction industry has become more industrialized,the prefabricated building has received a big push from the government.Because the traditional small block wall is difficult to realize the rapid assembly construction,the Light Mass Big Block Wall Board takes the building the enclosure system gradually to replace the traditional small block in the enclosure structure status,has played an increasingly important role in the construction industry.As one of many kinds of wallboard in the market,the elastic modulus of polystyrene granular concrete wallboard is much smaller than that of ordinary concrete.Low Elastic modulus and light material can reduce the earthquake action of the structure,prolong the natural vibration period of the structure,and show good damping effect.At present,there is no relevant regulation on the deformation of non-load-bearing exterior-protected structural members,so the deformation of polystyrene concrete can meet the requirements of exterior-protected structure and achieve the effect of light weight and heat insulation,for our country"green building"and building energy-saving brought a new opportunity.There are some problems such as poor mechanical properties when the Single Polystyrene particle concrete is used as the wall material.In this paper,the Basic Mechanical Properties and failure mechanism of Polystyrene Particle Wallboard,which is made of Polystyrene particle concrete and modified panel,are studied from two aspects of material and component,this paper probes into the influencing factors of the mechanical properties of the Wallboard,puts forward the methods of improving the properties,and gives the corresponding calculation and design methods,which can provide the theoretical basis for the engineering application of Polystyrene Particle wallboard.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper include:(1)In this paper,the density of Polystyrene particle concrete is 500~1200kg/m~3.The 28-day compressive strength is 10.87MPa~1.72MPa,The bending strength is1.429MPa~0.27MPa,Modulus of elasticity is 86MPa~1512MPa,Its light weight,suitable strength,meet the needs of the project.(2)The compressive strength and tensile stress-strain curves of fiberboard with different fiber volume fractions were measured in laboratory.The results show that,When the fiber content is 0%~2.0%,the compressive strength of the panel is13.7MPa~15.1MPa.It shows that the fiber has little effect on the compressive strength of the panel,Tensile strength is 2.5MPa~6.5MPa,fracture strain is 0.001~0.009,the results show that the tensile property of the panel is improved obviously by the fiber.(3)Four bending specimens are formed by the combination of different strength polystyrene particle concrete and different fiber content panels.The deformation curves of four specimens are obtained through bending tests,By comparing the curves,it is found that when the LF4 load reaches its peak value,it can keep about 90%of the peak load and the deformation displacement can reach 12mm,the results show that the fiber can enhance the deformation ability of the wallboard.(4)Based on the assumption of Plane Cross section and the closed solution method of composite wallboard bending,the load deflection formula of wallboard under three-point load is deduced,Compared with the experimental values of flexural members,the results are in good agreement,which shows that the calculation formula is accurate and reliable.(5)Through finite element analysis,the bending deformation behavior of the wall panel with different parameters such as the steel wire content,the span of the wall panel,the strength of Polystyrene particle concrete and the thickness of the panel is studied.The results show that steel wire can effectively increase the ductility of Wallboard,improve the Brittleness of Wallboard,and achieve better modification effect than fiber-modified panel The simulation curves of 16 working conditions with four different parameters are compared with the theoretical curves of load and displacement,and the results show that the theory is true and reliable.
