Rail traffic is running faster and faster,leading to the harsher operating environment for high-speed trains.To ensure the safety of running and improve the stability of train,the dynamic characteristics of vehicle’s system need to be studied and analyzed in depth.Vehicle’s transmission system is not only the key part to transmit power,but also an essential part for vibration transmission among vehicle’s structures.Its own dynamic characteristics affect the vehicle’s running safety and the dynamic characteristics of other structures.Therefore,studying the dynamic characteristics of high-speed train’s transmission system has an extraordinary significance for the development of high-speed’s technology and the improvement of the stability of the vehicle system.In this paper,based on the parameters of a certain type of CRH,we established the rigid-flexible coupling model of train with complete transmission system by the finite element method,the degree of freedom reduction theory and the multi-body dynamics theory.By setting the different conditions,we studied the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system and its interaction with the vehicle system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Finite element analysis and freedom reduction of the vehicle’s key structural framework and transmission gear pairs are carried out to generate a flexible body model that can be used for dynamic simulation.The train module and vehicle model of high-speed train are established by the railway module of dynamic software.The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model is established by combining the frame and gear pair flexible body model.(2)Through the dynamic simulation under the influence of the transmission system and the non-transmission system,we obtained the dynamic response of each structure under different conditions.After data processing and comparative analysis,we summarized the natural vibration characteristics of transmission system and the vibration characteristics of other vehicle system.(3)Considering the elastic deformation of the gear,we thoroughly studied the influence of gear natural frequency vibration on the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system and the vibration characteristics of the vehicle system(4)By setting the working condition as the curve,we studied the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle structure when the vehicle passes the curve and the influence of the transmission system on the curve-passing capacity of the vehicle.In this paper,by studying the interaction between the high-speed train transmission system and other dynamic characteristics of the vehicle system,it could provide reference and theoretical basis for reducing the vibration of CRH and improve the safety and stability of vehicles. |
