With the rapid development of railway transportation,the important of high speed railway in people's lives increasingly.The vehicle system dynamics is also important for the scholars,the sperling index and comfort of vehicle are more important,especially with the high speed railway vehicle requirements.The rationality of dynamic model is necessary for railway vehicle research,which affects the parameters design and simulation results of the vehicle system.The multi-body dynamics model can't apply for the design,which can't reflect the dynamic characteristic.The vehicle system vibration become complex if the carbody and bogie are considered as flexible structure.The influence of structure elastic deformation is considered when analysis the vibration.The theory of rigid flexible coupling is described in this paper.The process of rigid-flexible couple model is discussion based on the analysis,and the degree of freedom reduction theory and master degrees of freedom in the selection principle are introduced.Take a high speed EMU as the research,and the modeling process of multi-body dynamics with SIMPACK is analyzed,and introduced standard SID file,the 3D rigid flexible coupling dynamics model is built with the theory.Combined with the dynamic simulation of the vehicle system,the influence of the vehicle system modal by suspension parameters is analyzed,and the stability and security quality of vehicle are discussed.Through the reasonable parameters optimization design,it can effectively reduce the vibration with parameter,improving the quality of the vehicle.Through the comparison of the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model and multi rigid body model,the influence of elastic structures on the vibration characters is discussed,which supply the foundation for building the dynamics model.Finally,the elastic structure under different conditions of stress distribution are analyzed with the actual line spectrum characteristics,and the elastic deformation and fatigue damage of bogie are studied in different line conditions,the results can provide reasonable advice for the design.
