The shipbuilding industry,which relates to the national defense construction and the national economy construction,is an important mainstay of our country.In recent two years,Chinese shipbuilding output takes the first place of the world,and China success in becoming the largest shipbuilding country.But our shipbuilding enterprises have great difference with Korea and Japan in production management,such as production planning,duration controlling,etc.Lack of information feedback,the production plan can not intuitively reflect the production schedule changes;the distribution of materials,equipment and workers is difficult to optimize;low management level of production dispatching;poor production efficiency and problems of controlling the construction cycle are seriously hinder Chinese shipbuilders to improve their productivity and management level and become the most powerful shipbuilding country.In this paper,based on intellectualized reconstruction of large ship flat section intelligent workshop,and according to the characteristics of the intelligent workshop,from the workshop layout,logistics facilities,process scheduling,etc are presented.For the workshop layout of large ship flat section intelligent workshop,irstly,analyzes the layout principle of the existing flat section workshop.Afterwards,based on shipbuilding group technology,three feasible layout schemes large ship flat section intelligent workshop are put forward.Finally,combined with the existing shipyard process,the welding process and the welding mode of work stations in the large ship flat section intelligent workshop are put forward.For the three feasible layout schemes large ship flat section intelligent workshop,the method of fuzzy evaluation of weight vector is applied.After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various weight distribution methods according to comprehensive evaluation and combining the actual problem argumentation in large ship flat section intelligent workshop the dissertation apply an argumentation method based on weight coefficient.The method is a statistic way by putting extra addition to weight that experts are good at.The method has judging result with clear hierarchy.The result of the method gives prominence to expert's potential attitude and tendency.For the logistic scheduling problem of large ship flat section intelligent workshop,firstly,logistics flow plan of large ship flat section workshop is analyzed.For the problem of large ship flat section intelligent workshop logistic scheduling optimization,in this paper,is carried out by Quantum-behaved Particle Swarm Optimization.In the latter part of the dissertation,the three-dimensional model of large ship flat section intelligent workshop is built by using the CATIA software.Through the interface module between CATIA and DELMIA is used to complete the process simulation of the large ship flat section intelligent workshop based on the DPM module of DELMIA.Finally,according to the simulation result,the author proposes the promotion of manufacturing process in the existing shipbuilding mode.The research on the intelligent design of large ship flat section intelligent workshop has certain reference value for the intelligentization of shipbuilding.
