When the load of the electro-hydraulic servo shakinbg table is inertia load,coupling interaction will be formed a resonant system between the parts and the shaking table in vibration testing,and the coupling interaction will weaken the dynamic characteristics of the system.And because effecting of the coupling interaction in the requirement of the system bandwidth,there will be a resonant peak and a resonant peak valle which its amplitudes often sharply over the system acceleration amplitude stability range.Based on the analysis of the occurrence of resonance valley phenomenon,a effective method by adopting adaptive line enhancer effective method inhibit the resonant valley.On the basis of the research status of domestic and foreign and combined with the research direction of the subject,the main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,study the electro-hydraulic servo shaking table test system which has a deep understanding of the system components of the electro hydraulic servo vibration table,including its software and hardware components as well as the control strategy of the application.In the case of elastic load of the four-way valve for hydraulic modeling,get its frequency characteristics of vibration system.Secondly,by understanding the convergence condition of weight vector LMS algorithm and its corresponding learning curve,get the algorithm flow and establish the flow chart,and establish the corresponding adaptive line enhancer of the block diagram.Based on the harmonic filtering operation to test the performance of the LMS algorithm,the detection of sinusoidal signal mixed with white noise test based on the performance of the LMS algorithm of adaptive line enhancer.Again,design the structure and parameters of the three state controller based on pole assignment system,and pole distribution correction system using the root locus graph obtained by filtering,distribution and adjustment of the pole in order to improve the damping ratio of the system.Finally,restrain the research on resonant shaking table in the valley load elastic through adjusting the amplitude of the reference signal under the condition that the obtained spectrum resonant valley after inhibition,anf observe the resonant valley after inhibition of whether the value reaches a range of allowable values.
