With the rapid development of modern science and technology,people are not only satisfied with the exploration and research of shallow water,but also the development and utilization of deep sea resources has been gradually valued by human beings.So far,though there are many ways to detect the features of the ocean,the development of a convenient and automated way to detect the ocean is still imminent.This paper designs an automatic measurement device of deep sea pH value and salinity,analyze the detection principle of the device and set up inductive detection system,automatic detection of deep sea water pH value and salinity has been achieved.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The amplitude of voltage pulse signal of different pH value solution contacting induction electrode is measured,and the relation curve between pH value and voltage is fitted.The linear relation between pH value and voltage signal is obtained.The experimental results show that the larger the solution pH is,the smaller the amplitude of the voltage pulse signal is when the solution contacts with the induction electrode,and there is a good linear relationship between the pH value of the solution and the voltage value generated.This method of induction electrode is used to measure the pH value of the solution quickly and accurately(2)Microfluidic system with two channel differential detection microfluidic chip based on the theoretical analysis of the advantages of microfluidic chip,we derive the mathematical formula of microfluidic chip based on the measurement of salinity,on the basis of drawing the curve of conductivity and voltage signal,establishes a mathematical relationship between the two.And by the image with the experimental formula to draw the measured data points fitting image were compared to verify the correctness of the formula.(3)This paper designs the circuit measuring device,clears the selection of the original circuit,the measuring circuit has been miniaturization designed,and designs the system of deep sea pH value and salinity automatic detection device.The design of the automatic detection of deep sea pH value and salinity detection device can realize the pH value and salinity of seawater.With smaller size,faster detection speed,the device is expected to carry on a deep sea unmanned underwater vehicles to achieve the detection of deep sea.
