With the revolution in energy production and consumption being promoted rapidly,the level of new urbanization is improved constantly and the natural gas industry is embracing new opportunities for development along with the reform on oil and gas systems.It should focus on promoting the capacity of building natural gas reserves for peak regulation and promoting the construction of LNG receiving stations and distribution facilities in?The 13th Five-Year Plan for Natural Gas Developmen?about the midstream infrastructure construction.The "HAI YANG SHI YOU 301" is a kind of self-support C-type LNG carrier specially built to meet the requirements of two-way transshipment and peak regulation between domestic receiving stations.LNG ship managers must get relevant training and assess with operating simulator in order to ensure the operation safety of the ship.Howere,there is a lack of corresponding study of the liquid cargo handling simulator for self-support C-type LNG carriers domestic.In this thesis,it regards the Liquid cargo system of "HAI YAGN SHI YOU 301" as study objection.First,the paper introduces the characteristics of LNG cargo,features of the ship,the form of the cargo tank and cargo operating procedures.Second,the theoretical study and mathematical modeling in LNG liquid cargo system are carried out,including liquid cargo pump,piston compressor and cargo tank.And Matlab/Simulink as the simulation tool,the simulation model of temperature and pressure changes with time simulation during loading process,unloading process,pre-cooling process of LNG cargo tank is established and carried out.Mathematic models of the liquid and gas pipeline network of LNG are built and the theory of graph is introduced to establish hydraulic mathematical model include both the steady and unsteady pipe network on the base of the network hydraulic analysis.Finally,the simulation flow is established for the cargo operation procedures and monitoring alarm system of the liquid cargo system.The overall planning of the LNG carrier cargo handling simulator is analyzed.The cargo handling system simulation of self-support C-type LNG carrier is completed in the IDE of Visual Studio 2013,include develop the simulation model and simulation program interface.And take LNG carrier loading operation simulation process as example.It is introduced the process of calculating the internal parameters of cargo tank in various stages of loading operation detailedly.The simulation software developed in this paper has many advantages,such as beautiful interface,simple and convenient operation,strong specialty and so on.It realizes the operation simulation of liquid cargo system,further improves the development of liquefied cargo tank simulator for all types of liquefied gas carriers and has certain application value in liquefied gas vessel operation training.
