Ship-mounted crane is a kind of construction lifting machinery provided for ships.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the exploration of marine resources in the world,the applied range and tasks undertaken of ship-mounted crane is increasing.Therefore,it leads to higher requirement of the lifting capacity,operational performance and safety performance crane.However,due to the underactuated characteristics of the crane structure,the sway will inevitably occur when the foundation support of a ship is excited by the load of the marine environment such as wind,waves and currents.In order to improve the operation efficiency and safety performance of ship-mounted crane during the operation,,it is vital to reduce the swing of the loadIn this paper,a ship-mounted crane with anti-swing and folding function is taken as the research object,and the hydraulic system of the crane with capacity of 20T is designed.Based on the same form of the anti-swing circuit,the hydraulic system of the ship-mounted crane model with anti-swing function with capacity of 50kg is designed.The mathematical model of the mechanical structure and hydraulic components is established,which lays a theoretical foundation for the simulation of the hydraulic system and the model experiment.In this paper,the crane model is introduced.The experiment of non anti-swing control and constant tension control are carried out under the changing sea condition and analyzes the response of hydraulic system;By using AMESim,based on the simulation model of proportional speed control valve and anti-swing circuit,this paper simulates the anti-swing circuit of 20T hydraulic system under the changing sea condition,and analyzes the response of hydraulic system.The results of simulation analysis and model experiment in this paper show that the design of the hydraulic system of ship-mounted crane with anti-swing function is reasonable and it has a significant effect on anti-sway.
