In order to reduce noise in ship and high-speed trains,we seperatly prepared an acrylic resin-based sound insulation composites and a polyurethane elastomer damping materials.The influence factors for the acoustic and damping performances of the composites were studied.An acrylic resin-based sound insulation composites with sound insulation of 30dB in the frequency range of 3201600Hz,tan?maxax of 1.02,damping temperature range?T of116.96?,and flame-retardant level of FV-0 were successfully prepared.In addition,a polyurethane damping material was designed and prepared,and the combination of the two is effective to control the noise produced by the acoustic-vibration system.In this paper,two kinds of branched curing agent?Hy?were designed and synthesized.The polyurethane damping materials were prepared by using PPG as soft segment and TDI as hard segment.The effects of branching curing agent,molecular weight and composition of the soft segment,graft structure and the effect of inorganic filler on the damping properties of polyurethane damping materials was investigated.The effects of the amount of plasticizer,the type and amount of inorganic filler on the sound insulation performance,damping performance,thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composites were determined by modifying the acrylic resin matrix.In this paper,acrylic resin was used as the matrix material,100g resin containing 15g polyether as plasticizer.The damping peak(tan?max)of the composite was 0.99 and the damping temperature?tan?>0.3?was 103.79?.By utilizeing SiC as the inorganic filler,the tan?maxax reached 1.4,and the damping temperature field reached 109.20?..The results show that the polyurethane prepared by the branching curing agent?Hy?had the better low temperature damping performance than that prepared by TMP.It is found that with the increase of the molecular weight of the soft segment,the damping performance of the polyurethane elastomer increased,and the damping effect of the material increased with the increase of the grafting ratio.When the graft ratio was 1:1,the materials showed the best damping performance.After filling the inorganic filler,the damping performance of the graft type material improved,tan?maxax of the material reached 1.42 and the?T reached 80.64?.
