The diesel engine cylinder internal pressure can reflect the engine performance and running condition,so the abnormity will almost occur on the engine if the cylinder pressure is abnormal.Cylinder pressure can be measured by mechanical indicator,however the method of using the indicator is inconvenient and its life is short and its deviation is large,so identifying diesel engine cylinder pressure through other easily measured signal have a very important positive significance to state detection and fault diagnosis.Most of diesels are ME engine in the future,so here we have chosen PMI Auto-tuning device to monitor the cylinder pressure on line,and designed the intelligence diagnosis system model to improve the theory for realizing the intelligence diagnosis research on engine.The main research work of this dissertation is summarized as follows.Firstly,Introduces the structure and working principle of diesel engine at low speed,high power ME illustrates in cylinder pressure on the importance of diesel engine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.On the basis of analyzing the software and hardware functions of PMI,the state monitoring and fault diagnosis system was designed.Secondly,According to the characteristics of the high-power ME diesel engine at low speed,focuses on the common cause of abnormal pressure in cylinder and countermeasures,for ME Marine diesel engine cylinder pressure is too high too low order mode,the application of PMI Auto tuning monitoring system for cylinder pressure,rotating speed and real-time tracking and analysis,the parameters host is studied when the abnormal pressure in cylinder diesel engine fault diagnosis method.According to the characteristics of the high-power ME diesel engine at low speed,focuses on the common cause of abnormal pressure in cylinder and countermeasures,the application of PMI Auto-tuning monitoring system to monitor ME Marine diesel engine test,analyzes the in cylinder pressure data,the running status of the host fault diagnosis.Then,Based on the work principle,mechanism and the characteristics of the PMI auto-tuning application,the design of the intelligent diagnostic system module was designed.Last,In ME the host performance debugging,by using mechanical indicator and PMI Auto tuning offline and online monitoring system,compared the optimization to verify the characteristic of the monitoring system for rapid convenient accurate,and analyzes the PMI Auto tuning system of economic benefits.The working principle of diesel engine based on ME,institutions and PMI Auto tuning the application characteristics of research,designs the intelligent diagnosis system module,intelligent diagnosis of diesel engine for the future experimental study provides a theoretical basis.When using this module can not only in the navigation of ships operation on the host can continuous parameter optimization,also in the workshop when can effectively reduce ing time,reduce the quantity of fuel required for the running-in,clean production,at the same time adjust the multi-cylinder diesel engine is more accurate and more efficient,bring convenience to debugging.
