Abstract/Summary:
For the purpose of mitigating motor cars to rely on petroleum and to reduce the air pollution in our country, the experimental studies on the mixed fuel of petroleum with middle methanol content were carried out in the electronic controlled fuel injection gasoline engine which is of a great number available and extensively used in china. Investigates the properties of different methanol-gasoline blends(M30, M40, M50), the properties of dynamics and economy and emission are good. The experiments show that the methanol-gasoline blends can be fully put into operation on the existing electronic controller fuel injection gasoline engine.Dynamic performance would be influenced when blend fuel(gasoline and of alternative fuels )is used in a electronic controlled fuel injection gasoline engine, some theoretical analysis was made on this subject. The author analyzed the factors that effect the dynamic performance, and a parameter was found at same time, which could explain the calorific value of the blend fuel-air mixture. The experimental results are identical with the theoretical analysis.
