| Reinforced concrete materials are indispensable in modern infrastructure construction.With the development of civil engineering industry,more and more people realize that the durability of reinforced concrete constructions can’t be underestimated.If corrosion of steel bar occurs in reinforced concrete constructions,the overall performance of the building structures will be affected.If we do not take timely remedial measures,it will lead to serious accidents and pose a threat to people’s properties and lives.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the monitoring of rebar’s corrosion degrees.We designed a monitoring system of reinforced concrete corrosion in this paper.This paper uses electromagnetic sensors,which combined with remote end system and central control terminal system.Through the technology of wireless transmission,this project realizes the real-time monitoring function of the dififerent rebar’s corrosion degrees.Through data analysis of different rebar’s corrosion degrees,we can predict the service life of reinforced concrete constructions ahead of time and provide timely reinforcement to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.The main work which has done is as follows:(1)According to the function of the steel bar corrosion monitoring system,the overall designs are carried out.Combined with the theoretical knowledge of electromagnetic sensor,this paper expounds the feasibility of realizing the detection of rebar’s corrosion degrees.(2)This paper designs and optimizes the electromagnetic sensor circuit.Through the simulation of the software,Saber,the influence of each component parameters on sensor performance parameters is determined,which provides the basis for the selection of sensor’s optimal component parameters.In this chapter,the manufacture of sensor’s inductance is briefly described,and the feasibility and sensitivity of the sensor are verified by experiments.In order to meet the monitoring requirements of rebar corrosion monitoring system for various rebar’s corrosion degrees,this paper improves the electromagnetic sensor circuit.Based on the simulation results of Saber,the optimal parameters of the improved circuit are determined.Finally,the Saber simulation results show that the improved sensor can detect four kinds of rebar’s corrosion degrees.When the improved sensor circuit selects the optimal component parameters,the resonant frequency of the sensor is reduced,resulting in the frequency of the external detection circuit is reduced,which is beneficial to acquire information of the steel bar corrosion.At the same time,when the hardware of the external detection circuit is designed,the selections of components are more flexible.(3)The operational principle and circuit design about external detection circuit of steel bar corrosion monitoring system are introduced in this paper.The external detection circuit mainly includes DDS sweep module circuit,low pass filter circuit,amplifier driver circuit and peak detection circuit.Finally,the external detection circuit can not only achieve the goal of exquisite circuit design,stable operation and low cost,but also realize the function about automatic and flexible detection of steel bar corrosion information.(4)The software design of steel bar corrosion monitoring system is carried out.The software design of the remote terminal system includes the design of the main program,programming of the DDS signal generation module,programming of the A/D conversion,and programming of wireless transceiver module.The software design of the central control terminal system is carried out.The design of human-computer interaction interface includes the design of login interface,the design of serial setting up interface and the design of data receiving interface.(5)The hardware circuit building,test and data analysis of steel bar corrosion monitoring system are carried out.It mainly includes improved electromagnetic sensor circuit test,test and result analysis of the external detection circuit,function test and result analysis of human-computer interaction interface.The test results show that the experimental data and the simulation results are roughly about equal under different corrosion conditions.Electromagnetic sensor circuit,external detection circuit and human-computer interaction interface can realize its function.Therefore,steel bar corrosion monitoring system can realize the monitoring function of different rebar’s corrosion degrees. |
