As the core component of modern industrial and agricultural production,high voltage motor has played an important role in industrial and agricultural production and management.Once an accident occurs,it will have a huge impact and loss on production and life.The research shows that the insulation faults are the majority of the faults in the HV motors.Therefore,partial discharge monitoring of HV Insulation can be used to understand the degree of insulation deterioration and to control the insulation state of high voltage motors so as to formulate appropriate maintenance strategies and avoid high voltage motor accidents.The partial discharge in high-voltage electrical insulation defect is one of the most sensitive parameters,basing on the study of literature at domestic and abroad,we.design a partial discharge location monitoring device of high voltage generator stator winding.The device designs a set of ultrasonic and electric field signals.The special probe is used to detect partial discharge signals,and the insulation is judged according to the magnitude of the partial discharge signals so as to locate the weak points of the insulation.The partial discharge signal of stator winding of HV motor is collected and processed by DSP.In order to detect the insulation of high voltage motor in various environments,wireless transmission is adopted in the system.The main contents include:(1)the design of signal detection scheme for HV substation stator winding insulation;(2)hardware design of insulation weak point positioning device.Including detection probe design,signal conditioning circuit design,DSP data processing system design;(3)the realization of wireless signal transmission;(4)insulation weak point positioning device software design.Including the DSP data acquisition and processing program design and the design of PC based on C#;(5)the weak point of insulation positioning device construction and testing.Including positioning device,testing software and hardware debugging.The test results show that the design of the positioning device is basically a HV motor stator winding insulation weak point search,positioning for the high voltage generator stator winding insulation weak parts provides a convenient,fast and effective method.
