The focused solar simulator is an experimental platform to simulate the radiation characteristics of the spot formed by the focusing of the solar light.The existing focused solar simulator can not change the focusing form of the spot according to the experimental requirements,and the focusing accuracy of the spot is low,and the performance of the spot can not be calibrated in real time.Therefore,it is necessary to design the optical machine system of the focused solar simulator,and to collect and analyze the spot position and irradiance data in real time.Thus,the change of focusing form,automatic focusing and performance calibration of the focused solar simulator are realized.The main contents of this thesis,include: the design of focused solar simulator opto-mechanical system,the design of spot auto-focusing system,the performance analysis of lamp unit and the performance calibration of solar simulator.According to the design index of irradiance,the form and quantity of light source were selected,and the ellipsoidal mirror was designed and optimized by non-sequential ray tracing method,according to the variable form of spot focusing.The motion supporting structure of the lamp unit was designed to complete the design of the opto-mechanical system.Using the method of machine vision to get spot position data;The solar simulator was simplified as a series robot,and the spot position data was transformed into the reverse motion parameter of the lamp unit by the method of D-H.The controller drove the light unit motion according to this parameter,and realized the auto-focusing of the spot.Non-sequential ray tracing method was used to simulate the effects of the factors such as light source defocusing,focal plane defocusing and lamp unit deflection angle on the irradiance distribution of light spot under individual or joint action.The irradiance data of spot under different working conditions were obtained,and the trend of irradiance was analyzed.The irradiance data of spot were collected by indirect detection method of light spot irradiance based on infrared thermal imager,and compared with the simulation results,the reason of the error was analyzed.The performance analysis and calibration of the solar simulator were completed.In this thesis,a focused solar simulator with variable focusing form is designed.The automatic focusing of the spot is realized,and the overall performance of the solar simulator is analyzed and calibrated.The research in this paper provides an important reference for the application of the extended focused solar simulator.
