Design And Development Of Train Unit Type Air Conditioner And Performance Testing System

Since 90s,more and more Air-conditioned train has been put into operation,and the demand and output of train air conditioners have been increasing year by year.And the early use of train air conditioners after a long period of operation,frequent failures,the average annual number of 10000 units need overhaul.The performance testing system of air conditioner is the key equipment of repairing train,overhauled train air conditioners must be performance on the testingsystem by using the Ministry of railway's standard,only qualified units can be re-installed on the train.Therefor,it is imperative for train repair plant and air conditioner and maintenance units to establish a testing system with high testing accuracy and short testing time.In this paper,the study is to design and development of train unit type air conditioner and performance testing system.Based on the given design parameters and technical requirements,and taking into account a variety of train air conditioner at home and abroad of the process and structure,this paper choose unit type air conditioner on the top of train.For the train of YZ_25G,this paper calculated its heat load,and selected the parameters on the air conditioner system for calculating the heat.According to the results of thermodynamic calculation,this paper select equipment for the air conditioner,and choose the entire closed-end piston compressor,and condenser adopts air-cooled fins.Finally,according to the structure size and the characteristics of shape of the train YZ_25G,the structure of air conditioner has been designed.On the base of analyzing the structure of the air conditioning unit and refrigeration principle,considering the cooling capacity of existing testing methods,the final selection of the evaporator air enthalpy difference method as refrigeration testing method in this paper,and the analysis and derivation principle and control model of the test system.Room arrangement is used in the test room of the test system.The overall structure and key components of the computer measurement and control system are designed and selected.It has been proved that the system designed in this paper meets the test requirements.
