Fossil energy consumption and the serious environmental problems caused by burning fossil fuels are becoming more and more serious.Developing and utilizing renewable energy sources has become an important cause affecting the development of the national economy.Biomass energy has been paid more and more attention by researchers because of its wide distribution,renewable,convenient application and little environmental pollution.In biomass energy,the proportion of plant straw is the biggest,so it is of great significance to carry out the research of biomass straw application.In this paper,the solidification process of the plant straw was studied in the utility of plant straw,and the design method and design theory of a kind of circular mould straw briquetting machines was developed.Study in this paper is of a certain engineering significance and application value.By analyzing the work mechanism of the circular mould straw briquetting machine and the overall structure,the preliminary design of the main parts,which are the compression chamber,the ring die,the feeding mechanism,the bearing seat and the base,have been designed and the 3D drawing were completed.The function,material selection and design requirements of the above structure are studied,and the main design parameters in the design process of the circular mould straw briquetting machine are summarized.The transmission mechanism is an important part of the briquetting machine.Taking a kind of circular mould straw briquetting machine whose production capacity is 500kg/h as an example,the general transmission scheme was established,and the transmission chain was calculated.Then,the sizes and type of the motor,main shaft,main bearings,belt wheels,compressing wheels,compressing wheel axes were designed and their strength was checked.The ring die is the core component of the briquetting machine.In this paper,the geometric relationship between the structural dimensions is determined by geometric analysis of the die hole,the template and the die plate.The load model of straw layer in compression process is established,and the load on each bearing surface is analyzed by the theory of elasticity.Referring to the stress analysis formula of rectangular section vessels,the analysis method of the minimum thickness of each section is given.Works in this paper may afford certain help for the designing of a circular mould straw briquetting machine. |
