Energy and environmental problems have become the focus of global attention. With the rapid growth of energy consumption, heavy use of traditional fossil fuels has brought to mankind two outstanding problems: one is the gradual depletion of mineral resources; the other one is an increasingly serious environmental problem. Bioenergy as a renewable energy, is a good alternative products to traditional fossil energy. It has many advantages such as being renewable, environment-friendly and clean, more and more people paid close attention in recent years.This paper mainly studies on an aspect of bioenergy efficient utilization solidification technology.Through the study on the structure and characteristics of the circular mould of straw briquetting machine in brief, proposed several major technical parameter in the design or selection of circular mould briquetting machine: Main motor power; Circular mould aspect ratio; Circular mould porosity; The work space between circular mould and pressing roller.Application ANSYS finite element software to simulate the compression molding biomass process,analysis obtained stress-strain law of the compression process, the internal displacement of law and friction stress distribution.The result provide a necessary theoretical basis to the biomass straw briquetting machine research and improvement; adopt universal testing machine, see corn straw biomass as raw material, wo can by tests moisture content of raw materials, the solidification pressure and the size of the materials in the compression process to make sure the best work conditions of the biomass briquetting machine.Through the study on biofuel shaping mechanism, the final purpose is to provide academic sustainment to the design of the equipment,amelioration of structure and optimization of craft parameter. |
