The pure electric vehicle has been developed rapidly due to the increasing number of vehicles,the increasingly serious pollution of the atmosphere and the sharp decrease of oil resources in nowadays.Power driven technology is one of the key factors that restrict the development of electric vehicle,so it is very important to study the motor drive system of electric vehicles.In this paper,the work finished,where the pure electric vehicle is the research object,has the following aspects:Firstly,the driving system of pure electric vehicle is built,and the power system of pure electric vehicle is designed and matched.The permanent magnet brushless DC motor is selected as the driving motor of electric vehicle.The hardware and part of the drive system of TMS320LF2407 DSP chip,which is based on superior performance and processing complex data fast,are designed.Secondly,since the traditional PID control is limited to use in the linear system,unable to build complex,very accurate mathematical model,the traditional PID control method and fuzzy control method are combined for brushless DC motor speed control system,to achieve the ideal control driving system.Finally,the driving system characteristic curve is obtained by MATLAB/simulink simulation software based on the analysis and establishment of the mathematical model of the driving motor,and the quality of the fuzzy control system is verified.
