The Research In New Urbanization Planning Of Zibo Under The Sight Of The Sustainable Development

With China’s urbanization process accelerating,the widening income gap between urban and rural areas and the decreasing labefaction of resources and environment problems also will rise.So it is imminent to follow the ways of new urbanization.The 18 party congress clearly put forward that we should adhere to the intensive,ecological and harmonious new path of urbanization construction.Therefore,accelerating the process of new urbanization of the Zibo not only implement the demands of the development of the party and the state,but also is the only way to realize their own social and economic sustainable development.Zibo city has the excellent geographic location and natural resource,and it also has the strong industrial base being an important economic open cities of Shandong peninsula.At the same time,Zibo is a typical group type city which consisted of five regions of Zhang Dian,Zhou Cun,Lin Zi,Zi Chuan and BoShan and three counties of Huan Tai,Gao Qing and Yi Yuan.The districts are functionally-independent and internal self-improvement,so they form the typical groups of urban landscape of whole scattered but local concentration.So we can say Zibo has unique advantages during the process of the new urbanization construction.But now there are problems of the urban-rural dual structure,resources and environment constraints,regional differences and the backward management system in Zibo urbanization process.At first,this paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of Zibo new urbanization and then scientifically evaluates the level of urbanization,and finally makes recommendations to perfect the new urbanization of Zibo under the guidance of sustainable development.
