Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Eco-city Construction

Since the reform and opening up,China’s national economy has made great progress,industry has made remarkable achievements,and the urbanization rate has risen rapidly,which has also led to a series of problems,such as the rapid expansion of cities,the deterioration of the ecological environment,the shortage of urban resources and energy.The relationship between human development and the natural environment is very tense.With the continuous improvement of people’s basic material living standards,the improvement of living environment and the demand for a better life are becoming more and more intense.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the construction of ecological civilization and the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China,the construction of ecological cities has become one of the effective ways to solve the current urban development problems.Cixi is located in the eastern coastal areas of China.It is an important part of the Maritime Silk Road and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.However,with the continuous advancement of industrialization and urbanization in Cixi,it is also faced with a series of ecological problems.How to seize the historical opportunity in the wave of national ecological city construction,effectively adjust its ecological city construction,and successfully break through the bottleneck of its ecological city construction,has become one of the important topics of future urban construction and development in Cixi.Based on this,this paper sorted out the relevant theoretical achievements and practical experience in the field of ecological city construction at home and abroad,and elaborated the connotation and theoretical basis of ecological city.On this basis,the current situation of ecological city construction in Cixi,the problems and reasons in the construction process were analyzed in detail.Guided by urban ecology theory,circular economy theory and sustainable development theory,targeted countermeasures were put forward to accelerate the transformation of ecological city in Cixi and promote the sustainable development of Cixi.At the same time,the study can also provide specific reference for other cities to carry out ecological city construction.This paper was divided into six parts.The first part,through the extensive review and in-depth study of the relevant literature in the field of eco-city,we have an in-depth understanding of the theoretical dynamics of eco-city research at home and abroad at this stage,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the current construction of eco-city.The second part,the connotation of ecological city and related theoretical basis was described in detail,the specific content of ecological city construction was clarified,and the necessity of ecological city construction in Cixi was put forward,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.The third part mainly introduced the basic situation of Cixi’s natural,economic and social aspects,and through the method of combining data collection and field research,we summarized the development status of Cixi’s ecological city construction in economic ecology,natural ecology and social ecology.The fourth part was the theoretical analysis of the problems and causes in the process of ecological city construction in Cixi.The problems mainly included the lag of ecological city planning,the imperfect infrastructure,the serious pollution caused by industry,and the lack of public participation.The main reasons for the problems were the lack of systematic construction of ecological city,the lack of ecological economy,the lack of awareness of national ecological construction,the imperfect political laws and regulations,and the lack of assessment and accountability mechanism.The fifth part sorted out and summarized the successful experience of ecological city construction at home and abroad,trying to provide some reference and experience for the ecological city construction of Cixi.The sixth part,based on the current development situation of Cixi,with the guidance of sustainable development theory,circular economy theory and urban ecology theory,the main countermeasures to promote the construction of ecological city in Cixi were put forward.
