| Along with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards in recent years,the overall consumption level and consumption level of the whole people is rising.Enjoying consumption has gradually become one of the main daily consumption patterns with tourism booming.As one of the new development directions of the tourism industry,ocean Park is emerging as an independent economic industry with the increase of quantity and investment quota.Taking Yangshashan Ocean Park in Beilun District of Ningbo city as an example,this paper put forward the concept of "full life cycle" in the planning and design process of Ocean Park,and study the whole process of “Pre-investigation and Analysis-Scheme Design-Planned Activities&Operation-the Latter Evaluation of Benefits”.The article creatively puts forward the concept of "full life cycle" from the perspective of planning and clear the key points of planning and design process through literature collection and research.Then,combined with HongKong Ocean Park and other outstanding cases,the paper The article carries on the planning design process especially the later operation process explanation.Next,the design model of the whole life cycle planning of Ocean Park is established,which includes "Reading Background-Rationality Status-Clear Positioning-Definite Plan-Subdivided Area-Fully Matching-Marketing-Measuring Benefit".Then,taking Yangshashan Ocean Park as an example,the plan and design plan is made and the detailed design and the operation planning are carried out through the field surveying.Finally,the comprehensive benefit evaluation is carried out from the economic,social and ecological aspects,so as to realize the whole life cycle planning and design process and make a meaningful exploration in the life cycle research of the marine park planning and design method,so as to provides theoretical reference and experience for reference for the similar planning studies. |
