The feasibility study is an important research method in the project approval,the middle operation,final implementation,through the scientific and detailed feasibility study can estimate the project from design and construction to the late operation and maintenance and other aspects of the possible design,construction technology,social impact,cost investment,maintenance and a series of problems can you avoid,unreasonable plan,difficult construction,irrational investment,adverse social impact and other adverse conditions comprehensively from the initial stage of the project.City Road and highway projects,especially the city main road and expressway interchange project,there are difficulties and pressure,pat pat characteristics involve many departments,demolition difficult,long construction period,the project feasibility study is particularly important.Longhai Road and the southwest freeway interchange project,is an important part of the overall planning of Zhengzhou City,located in the West and southwest beltway highway planning Longhai intersection,is an important node of the Longhai Road and the Southwest Ring Expressway and Zhengzhou West to the entrance.This paper studies the feasibility of the project from the aspects of the project status,construction conditions and scale,engineering scheme demonstration,economic evaluation,land,environment,energy conservation and social evaluation,and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)this project plays an important role in promoting the rise of Central Plains,improving the transportation network of Zhengzhou and opening up Zhengzhou.(2)the initial project ramp roadbed width respectively by 8.5 meters one-way single lane and 15.5m to separate the two lane two forms,the New Interchange covers an area of 336.7acres,349 thousand and 41 cubic meters of earthwork quantity highway asphalt pavement,the number of 89 thousand and 836 square metres,toll plaza pavement number 4 thousand and420 square meters;Interoperability overpass bridge 9 a length of 718.58 meters,the new culvert,channel 10;interchange set 1 toll stations,toll lane 3 in 5 out of 8 toll lanes,rain water,lighting,and other facilities design and greening irrigation.(3)in the period of implementation of the plan,the economic benefits of the project are better,and it is suggested that the project be implemented as soon as possible.(4)according to the characteristics of the construction project environmental impact andenvironmental characteristics,identification of environmental factors: this project is divided into prophase,construction period,operation period of three stages,the environmental impact of construction project is not the same,in general,more short-term adverse effects during the construction of long-term operation period is the main characteristic of more favorable effect,and the construction period and operation period of more content,proposed corresponding measures in different time periods,to minimize the influence of the project on the environment.(5)the smooth implementation of the project requires the construction unit to actively organize,plan carefully,strictly control the quality of the project,and need the local government and the relevant units to support and actively cooperate,it is recommended that the project construction unit set up specialized agencies do a good job of coordination.
