With the increase in international trade volume and the increasing trend of large-scale ship,container terminals are facing a more severe competitive environment.Scientific and effective arrangements for the field bridge scheduling,can greatly enhance the efficiency of the ship loading and unloading,thereby reducing the time in Hong Kong for the Hong Kong side to bring economic benefits,while improving the satisfaction of the owner and the ship.Compared with the customer access box process,the ship loading and unloading process on the bridge bridge operation requirements are higher,the part of the operating efficiency of a direct impact on the performance of the entire terminal,has always been a hot topic in academia.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical value to study the problem of field bridge dispatching at the container terminal.First of all,this paper discusses the current situation of research at home and abroad,analyzes the shortcomings of the existing research,container terminal stacking bridge scheduling problem as the research direction.Secondly,it is necessary to consider the practical constraints of the bridge in the course of operation to keep the safety distance and non-leaping,and to minimize the influence of the field bridge in the box boundary transition and the factors of the box factor.Time deviation value as the target of the nonlinear programming model.Then,based on the characteristics of the problem,an improved simulated degradation algorithm is designed to solve the problem.Finally,combined with the field survey data to carry out an example of analysis,given a number of field bridge in a number of box area within the specific scheduling program;design sensitivity analysis experiments,analysis of the scale and pressure box volume on the impact of this algorithm.Experiments show that this scheme can effectively solve the problem of field bridge dispatching at container terminal shipments,and verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and model.
