The Application Of BIM Techenology In The Design Of Green Public Bulidings

Nowadays,economic globalization process accelerate ceaselessly,construction has grown faster and faster over time,the user requirements for the shape of the building,intelligent degree and using demand is higher and higher.In this context,there are many serious problems such as tight resource constraints and ecological environmental damage.a series of outdated methods and obsolete concepts of traditional public buildings have been unable to solve the problems of high performance and high energy consumption in public buildings.So,we've been working on how to apply new technology,new theories to public buildings,to improve public architectural design,to achieve sustainable development,which is the first problem in the construction industry.First of all,this is a simple interpretation of the green building evaluation system,and a brief introduction to the current situation and application of BIM technology,On the one hand,the green building evaluation system is introduced in detail from the perspective of assessment objects,contents and methods and grades.Through the five common evaluation standards at home and abroad are summarized and concluded,find out the concept of traditional design methods and applications in the evaluation system of green building design and deficiency.On the other hand,we have a detailed introduction to BIM,which explains the function of the architectural information model,and then the principle and the application of BIM technology,the advantage of the BIM technology,and the idea of incorporating BIM technology into the green building design and evaluation system,on the base,the induction of the BIM technique,based on the green building evaluation system,is the appropriate application for the green building design.Secondly,the analysis of green building evaluation standards,the advantages of BIM technology in the green building evaluation system,by analyzing each analysis point,detailed the use methods and techniques of BIM technology in this application point,and summarized its control points and realization methods in public buildings.Finally,from the selection of BIM application points in the green building evaluation standard,combining with the actual engineering cases,the outdoor environment of the information model,outdoor sound environment,indoor air flow organization and indoor light environment are simulated,and the conclusions combined with the relevant provisions in the green building evaluation standard can meet the requirements of the relevant specifications,and summarize the feasibility,rationality and scientificity of the application of BIM technology in practical cases.
