After the implementation of the waterway regulation project,on the one hand,the function of the remediation building will be affected by the damage;on the other hand,with the evolution of the riverbed,the upstream conditions of the river reach and the river boundary conditions changed,the function of remediation buildings may also change.This paper constructs the function index system for rectificating remediation of buildings,and gives the corresponding collection method of the second-level functional indicators and evaluation criteria values.A single-item index assessment method based on SVM and BP artificial neural network and a comprehensive evaluation method for rectification of building functions based on fuzzy theory are constructed.Individual function indexes and overall function indexes can be evaluated.The individual indicator evaluation system was scored from the following three pieces:(1)The functional indicator status was scored in the range of [0,60];(2)the trend of function indicators over time,and the scoring interval was [0,20],(3)with the condition of extreme water and sediment,the Index forecast situation scoring interval is [0,20].Based on support vector machine(SVM)and BP artificial neural network,a functional index prediction model under extreme water and sediment conditions was established.A comprehensive evaluation model for rectification buildings based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was established.On the basis of the scores of each single function index,the index weight coefficient of the comprehensive evaluation model is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the corresponding degree of membership is obtained by using the reference function method.Using the constructed two-level comprehensive assessment model,a complete and comprehensive assessment can be made on the functional indexes of the rectification buildings in a river section.Taking the shallow area of the Zhangnan Channel in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River as an example,the model has been verified and the research results can provide reference for management departments to rectify the function assessment and maintenance decision of the building.
