Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous improvement of China's national economy and comprehensive strength,the rapid increased in urban population,which led to urban traffic congestion and other issues.The subway,as one of the urban infrastructure,was also an important means of transportation for people to travel every day.It provided a new way to solve the above problems.Therefore,the great development of urban rail transit was of great significance in the future.Then,for the construction unit,it was important to control the cost,quality and schedule of an engineering project,as was the case for subway projects.This required us to choose the optimal construction program from different subway construction program,which achieved economic and social benefits to maximize.For now,the subway had a greater difficulty in construction,a wider range of influence and longer duration.And the traditional two-dimensional drawings can not convey a good idea to convey the designer's intention,leading to difficult communication between the designer and the architect.In order to meet their requirements and strengthen communication of the construction unit,design units and the owners,it need to use computer BIM technology to achieve the subway construction program optimization.BIM technology is a very effective management system for project.At present,more and more subway construction units use BIM technology to manage the project cost,quality and progress and other engineering information,improving work efficiency.At the same time,on the platform of BIM technology,architecture,structure,equipment and other professionals can share information,leading to achieving multi-professional collaboration.Based on BIM technology,it can visualize the construction and inspect collision of the subway project,choose the construction technology and the construction method reasonably,effectively carry out the project schedule and improve the project management efficiency.The main work of this paper was as follows:(1)Under the background of the construction and development of rail transit,the importance of controlling cost,quality and progress to subway construction is discussed.On this basis,the problem of decision and optimization of subway construction plan is put forward.And introduces the current situation of BIM technology and construction plan optimization at home and abroad,and puts forward the optimization of subwayconstruction plan based on BIM technology.And then elaborates the significance and value of this study.(2)Discussing the theory of BIM,multi-attribute decision-making theory and gray system theory,which provides a theoretical basis for the decision-making of subway construction plan.(3)According to the principle of selecting the evaluation index,the index of the subway construction plan is selected,and the traffic influence factors such as the traffic capacity and the traffic safety are added,and the evaluation index system of the subway construction plan is established.(4)Based on the multi-attribute decision-making method based on set pair analysis,the evaluation model of subway construction scheme is established on the basis of the establishment of evaluation index system.Through the case of the subway construction program evaluation,decision-making the optimal construction program.(5)Using the gray relational analysis method,the construction scheme is evaluated again through the case,and the result of the decision is compared with the previous result to verify the feasibility of the decision method.(6)Analyze and study the BIM software such as Revit and NavisWorks,combine the specific engineering case,build the BIM model with Revit software,analyze the model from Visualization and Collision Inspection by NavisWorks software,and then optimize the construction scheme.In summary,the research content of this paper not only enriches the decision-making method of the subway construction plan,but also provides some reference for the optimization of the scheme.
