In order to effectively alleviate our country current highway traffic congestion phenomenon,based on the modern design of new and high technology electronic parking charge system,so as to realize automatic tolls,replace the original manual charge.This article through studies the domestic and foreign electronic not parking charge system development present situation and the research process,refer to the domestic standard of protocol,designed the on-board unit(the OBU),the ETC system design based on RFID electronic parking charge the OBU module in the system design.This thesis analysis the ETC system,the design of rf antenna unit,signal transceiver unit,MCU control and data processing unit,the ESAM card unit,the power management module and extended applications such as LCD interface unit of the OBU system,designed to complete the ETC system wireless 5.8 GHz microstrip dual antenna array,rf transceiver module adopts integrates the function of ASK modulation ML5830 as rf send chip,accept unit set up a receiving circuit,this article including ASK detection circuit,signal amplification circuit and awaken activate the power circuit,work for all devices in the OBU system voltage,ensure that the system be able to complete the data transceiver high-speed,effective.Is proposed in this thesis,based on the STM32 core control unit,and the processing of system protocol data could be set to ensure the system effective processing,through the D flip-flop based on CPLD FM0 hardware encoding circuit to improve the processing speed of the system,and the rapid processing ability,the ETC system is finally to the OBU system function test,the main use of vector network analyzer,signal generator,spectrum analyzer,digital multimeters,dc regulated power supply,RSU,listener,burning device,miniusb cable equipment to verify,through software debugging tools using IAR C compiler to compile the verification environment debugging,analyze the various modules of the system and function test,the system can run normally,the time required for around 400 ms,trading the OBU during normal operation,good performance.
