Bionic flapping wing aircraft is a novel aircraft which mimic the birds or insects.Due to the advantages of smart size,light weight,low cost and flexible operation,it has become a research focus all over the world,thereby it can be widely used in the fields of military and civil applications.Compared with the fixed wing air vehicle,the flapping wing vehicle has much higher flight efficiency and outstanding dynamic characteristics with the same volume.Based on the research about flying mechanism of birds,this thesis presents the mechanism model design of the flapping wing aircraft,flight control,as well as the electromechanical integration design which meets the requirements.The flight characteristics and mechanism are optimized according to the flight dynamics of biology.Motion parameters and overall dimensions are analyzed by taking into account the actual characteristics of the eagle birds and pneumatic theory.The sensor device circuit is achieved to meet different functional requirements in a variety of environments.Several alternative mechanism of flapping wing aircraft are proposed after studying lots of materials on bionic flying.A different flutter mechanical model,the crank rocker and four-bar linkage mechanism are achieved by a series of analysis and balance.Based on the known conditions,a mathematical model is set up and optimized geometry and resistance force on main wing and aileron are computed by MATLAB software and resistance equation respectively.Specific motors that meet the requirements are chosen according to the determined parameters.3D model is established by Solid Works software.Interference checking is carried out through the motion simulation and re-established the model accordingly.The strength of gear and linkage are checked by ANSYS.The flapping wing aircraft is functional electromechanical integration device combined with GPS navigation,gyroscope and camera.Consequently,the factors that affect the drag and lift are analyzed and studied through experiment.
