With the global energy crisis and the economic development,the development of new energy is an important way to achieve the sustainable development.The shipping industries produce a large number of pollutants every year.In order to improve the marine ecological environment and reduce the use of fossil fuel in ships,solar and wind power have become the new energy of ship power due to non-polluting、renewable and small geographical effect.However these two kinds of new energies have the characteristics of strong random city、low energy density and high-impact by the environment.The hot issue of the new energy transmission is how to optimize the distribution of the new energy transmission to reduce construction cost and manage the energy of ship power system rationally.This paper has been conducted some initial research of solar and wind energy in the small vessels with the VRLA battery based on the PSCAD simulation environment.The main contents include the following aspects:Integrated simulation model has been established based on studying the principles of wind power generation.This model includes wind speed,pitch control device and rectifier inverter device.Comparison of the different pitch control through confirmatory simulation is done.The structure of the integrated simulation model has been established based on studying the photovoltaic power generation.This model includes PV array,maximum power tracking controller,power converter and inverter.Simulation result of maximum power tracking control has gotten.The rational structure of the VRLA battery model has been established by studying the storage battery.Implement the simulation of the two-stage charge of VRLA battery based on SOC judgment.The fifth chapter studies the role of VRLA battery in the system of new energy transmission.It provides the simulation of system under the operation condition of variable wind speed and important load opening.The complete system of diesel generator has been established by analyzing the physical work process of diesel generating set.This model includes four stroke internal combustion engine,synchronous generator,and diesel engine speed control device.It introduces the three-phase VSR topology structure of the hybrid new energy ship power system,and also provides the low frequency model and high-frequency model of three-phase VSR.This paper adopts the grid-connection control method that based on the dc side voltagefeed forward PQ decoupled.In addition,this paper also introduces the traditional V/Q grid-connection control method.The fifth chapter compares the simulation results of two different kinds of control methods and verifies the rationality of the adopted control method.This paper adopts the popular modeling ideas and control methods in the large degree.In this paper,the wind / photovoltaic energies are carried out in particular small trawl fishing boat,and some exploratory researches have been done.This paper establishes the simulation model of hybrid new energy ship power system,and analysis the changes of each part of ship power system under different inverter control strategies.Finally,the paper also studies the VRLA battery’s role in the system.Because of the simulation based on real ship equipment parameters,this paper has a certain reference value.
