Lead-acid batteries in the field of electric cars,car launching,the aviation market are very widely used.And this paper designs three grids of aluminum light plate which contains three inline graphics of rectangle,round,and the diamond according to these questions about the heavy weight of the lead-acid batteries on the market,the short cycle longevity on the ability of charging and discharging and reducing the weight of the batteries to prompt the special energy,mainly aims at increasing the surface area of electroplating lead on aluminum and reducing the weight of lead acid batteries,which gradually improves the cycle longevity of the lead-acid batteries on the aspects of charging and discharging in order to acquire comprehensive performance superior to the traditional lead-acid batteries.Aluminum grids and aluminum samples choose the type 5052 aluminum alloy,in turn applying these techniques including dipping into Zinc solution,strike copper plating and electroplating Pb-Sn alloy,and the techniques are optimized and the performance is evaluated to improve the quality of the lead cladding.Then plating solution chooses three additives which contains Gelatin,Resorcinol and Pyrogallol,which applys the orthogonal experiment about three factors and three levels.By these ways of metallograpHical analysis,XRD and SEM scanning,the fine and uniform plating is selected and the plating should have proper metal color.In addition,through the ways of corrosion test and friction experiment and so on,the better bonding force and excellent corrosion resistance of lead plating is selected further.By the way of using the single variable method,we study that the lead plating is influenced in plating solution system by Gelatin,Resorcinol and Pyrogallol,and with the increasing of the concentration of gelatin,chemical reaction rate increases to stability all the time in fluoroboric acid plating solution;and with the increasing ofthe concentration of Resorcinol,chemical reaction rate at first increases and then decreases in amino sulfamic acid plating solution;and with the increasing ofthe concentration of Pyrogallol,chemical reaction rate first decreases and then increases in amino sulfamic acid plating solution.In addition,the coating quality is associated with the surface area of the plating.Because of the the weak toxicity and light pollution of the amino sulfonic acidamino sulfonic acid plating solution,we select it to finish the plating experiment at last.Through calculation and verification,we pushout the better plating solution formula which contains thetemperature:35?,pH=1,themainliquidPb2+concentration:100g/L,Sn2+concentration:20g/L,the free amino sulfonic acid concentration:100g/L,boric acid concentration:30g/L,Pyrogallolconcentration:5g/L,resorcinol concentration:3g/L.Finally,lead tin alloy is electroplated on the surface three kinds of different structures grids of aluminum plates which are used for assembling battery to do relevant tests.
