“Any leader good will water conservancy" first,China has a long history of the development and utilization of water resources.All previous dynasties rulers will cause of water conservancy as a business.Including Dujiangyan,was building a canal,Que slope etc,and is famous for some of them still play a role of the flood control and irrigation,became the site of some engineering.But at present most of the water conservancy project sites have not been reasonable protection and utilization.Under such background,this thesis focuses on the subject of Zhengguo canal site,research on the basis of the protection for its reasonable use.Due to the development of modern social phenomenon of urbanization and tourism make the site more intensified the contradiction between protection and utilization,how to deal with the contradiction became the current important problem to solve.Shaanxi zhengguo canal site in November 8,2016 wins the world heritage list irrigation project,this paper study of sustainable development and utilization of zhengguo canal sites,through mining the sightseeing value,cultural value,in order to explore a reasonable way to solve the contradictions of the zhengguo canal site protection and utilization,for the protection planning and support work to give theoretical support.This article from the landscape planning and design direction for the protection of the site of zhengguo canal use research work.First of all,for domestic and foreign water conservancy site protection and the use of case analysis,through the analysis of water conservancy site protection and utilization of sightseeing is the effective way of pattern,water conservancy sites at home and abroad are summarized in the sightseeing erroneous zone and the main problems,and make comparative analysis of the development of the sightseeing zhengguo canal site landscape present situation and the gap.
