Chart Course Plotting-System(CCPS)is a electromechanical integration equipment that aids conventional navigation and combat navigation,it not only develops a plan to m aritime in the conventional navigation,a nd fully prepares to m aritime,and accurately calculates the location of the ship during the voyage,real ize the dead-reckoning and display the sailin g posture,etc;but also it could complete the calculation of the ship maneuvering plotting in the conventional navigation,so the chat course plotting-system provide support for utilizing the weapons and the ship tactical maneuvers.Due to exploit the s imulator for training personnel training could be faster and more accurately,and can save a lot of training costs,so,in every field,especially in the martial,the CCPS obtained a broad support and has been wildly used.In th is paper the Multi-tar get Motion Simulation System provide a simulation platform for the staff to simulate the goals of real world and the ship motion,and is able to carry out a variety of training for the m aritime operation,and make the training for the staf f better in the mooring conditions.;meanwhile,the simulator also has the benefit to enhance the process of maritime business and promote functions of CCPS.This paper designs a Multi-target Simulator to promote the experience of the HCI for the CCPS by using VR techniques,and realizes th e function of sim ulated training f or aiding navigators.Firstly,the simulator could realize 3d scene roaming,and observe the situation around the ship;secondly,the simulator could observe the situation of a ll the ship motion in the terrain during the sim ulating training.And transm it the teal-time data of shipping attributive information,such as course,sp eed,longitude and latitud e,etc,to CCPS for realizing the HCI between simulator and CCPS.Firstly,this paper introduces the devel oping situation of CCPS,including the domestic and foreign state,and sets the direction of this paper and the design the overall propose of the Multi-target simulator based on the developing condition.Secondly,this paper designs the function of every m odule for the function of every part based on the overall propose.In the module of 3d scene,firstly,this paper establish a digital terrain using the DEM data and for m the 3d terrain exploiting th e textures from the GoogleEarth Pro;And then,establish the 3d m odels utilizing the 3d Ma x,and transmit them to the 3d terrain,and contro l them accordin g to the mathem atical mode,and realize th e function of planning path by the implementation in the Unity;Lastly,this paper realizes the HCI between the simulator and CCPS by using the CAN and tests the effect by the testing software.this paper execute tests in the simulator for testing the implementation of every module.From the result of experiment,the simulator realize its all function,it not only could complete the Stand-alone simulating training;but also,it could complete the simulating training between the Multi-target Simulator and CCPS by CAN.In conclusion,the design of the paper has reached the design purpose.
