With the development of society and economy,people's living conditions gradually improve,the requirements of clothing for more and more high-end clothing direction,and then on the air-jet looms increasingly high degree of automation.Aiming at the particularity of the air-jet loom in the textile factory,the temperature and humidity of the weaving workshop are relatively high,so the air-conditioning and air-supply system of the weaving workshop is quite large,resulting in a significant increase in energy consumption.Faced with this situation,in the weaving workshop using large and small environmental air distribution system,can improve the workshop production environment,improve labor productivity and reduce energy consumption,in order to achieve the purpose of energy-saving emission reduction.At present,the size of the air supply system of air conditioning system in the textile industry is relatively less relevant research,the lack of design theory can be information and air supply commissioning program,Which led to the size of the environment in the actual design and operation of district air conditioning management can not start,can not effectively play its own energy-saving advantages.So the size of the air supply system of environmental research imminent.This topic mainly studies the design and application of air supply system of large and small size in text ile mills,On this basis,the paper introduces the wind speed,temperature and humidity test method and test procedure of the air supply system in the weaving workshop of the weaving factory in Xi'an.And based on the test results and select one of the six loom in which the size of the environment air supply system composed of regional load calculation,And the ratio of air supply load to total load is52.5%.The ratio of small air supply load to total load is 47.5%.Finally the air supply uniformity of the large and small air supply system is demonstrated respectively,Through the wind speed test results found that the small number of local air supply branch branch of the local wind outlet minimum value of wind appeared in the third and fourth air supply outlet.And the two branch pipes in the main branch of the first branch of the wind branch of the wind speed change is relatively large,poor air uniformity.At the same time,according to the combination of test data and theoretical calculation,Draw a small environment in the air ductpressure changes map,And the problem of the homogeneity of the air supply is explained.In view of this situation,the small environment of uneven air supply can be adjusted by adjusting the opening of each outlet to the respective air flow is equal,so that the small environment to achieve uniform air supply requirements.In this paper,the homogeneity of the air supply of the girder is discussed by using the dimensionless wind speed method and the nonuniform coefficient method,and by drawing the wind pressure diagram of the beam duct to explain the uneven air supply situation.According to the inhomogeneity of the air supply,Mainly to reduce the wind speed,adjust the air outlet between the upper and lower guide openings and other measures to improve the uniformity of the air supply.
