Our country cover a vast geographic area,local economic development and power resource distribution is not harmonious,transmission lines as transmission carrier also development in the direction of large capacity and long distance transmission gradually.Because of the transmission lines generally in the outdoor,its operation environment is very complex,the transmission line often face break line,hardware flashover,tower dumped and other electricity accident.Among various kinds of fault in transmission lines,fatigue broken stocks caused by breeze vibration is one of the main faults of overhead transmission line.Vibration is a kind of high frequency low-rising traverse breeze,the general direction of vibration is vertical,the amplitude between 0.15 to 1.5mm and frequency in 0~150Hz.This article aims at the research of breeze vibration condition monitoring technology,the related results will provide great significance for wire design and the breeze vibration prevention measures.This thesis expound and analyze the basic knowledge of the breeze vibration on the basis of introduction of breeze vibration on-line monitoring key technology domestic and foreign research situation.Then,it describes the design of breeze vibration on-line monitoring system for transmission lines in detail.This includes five parts that are software and hardware design of the breeze vibration sensors,software and hardware design of the breeze vibration condition monitoring device for transmission lines,communication network,experimental test and site installation operation analysis.The breeze vibration sensors install in transmission line,the main control chip is single chip microcomputer of 430,power supply unit adopts mutual inductance and the lithium battery.The breeze vibration sensor used to real-time acquisition data of the breeze vibration.And the meteorological sensor that installed on transmission tower used to real-time acquisition the micro meteorological data of the micro meteorological.According to the differences of position of sensor,the data of the breeze vibration and the data of the micro meteorological are sent to the condition monitoring device by Zig Bee wireless network and RS485 communication.The condition monitoring device select STM32F407,power supply unit adopts solar battery,to receive the information from sensors,and send to CMA by Wi Fi/GPRS/3G/OPGW,finally,the CMA send the data to CAG,then the monitoring centerexecute the work for statistics and display.Transmission line breeze vibration sensor designed in this paper has passed the professional organization of EMC testing,has been execute installation and operation in the tower and experimental platform,it can accurately measure the vibration frequency of 0~ 150 Hz,0.1~1.5mm for the amplitude of the vibration signal,and the strain value of wire calculate by amplitude can also achieve the general technical specification of transmission line,provide strong technical support for result of breeze vibration of transmission line monitoring.
