Composite structures are used widely around our country,and we studied hard on this field.Up to now,we have much knowledge and experience about composite structure.The new type PK prestressed composite slab designs holes on rib,and we put rebar thought the hole.This measure strengthens force transmission ability of splicing along the non-prestressed direction.After years of effort by the research team,the mechanical behavior of PK prestressed composite slab has been studied deeply.And develop many practical structural measures,which have been applied to civil architecture and industrial architecture.At present,The working performance of Prestressed two-way composite slab has been verified,but which is weak on its non-prestressed direction,especially at the joint.Study confirms that crack arises first at the joint of two-way composite slab.The joint of composite slab has been studied for long time.But many of them are not convenient and economical on construction.This paper supplement experimental scheme of comparative groups.This study adopts Snake-shaped resisting rebar to explore mechanical behavior of composite stripe,in compare with the mesh reinforcement,to evaluate anti cracking performance of snake-shaped rebar and judge if we can replace the traditional rebar mesh.(1)This paper carry out a two points static test on the composite stripe.Thought the experiment,come into being a series study on the joint of composite slab.(2)Analysis p-f curve of the composite slab and Compare with th e comparative groups.Analysis rigidity changing process.Describe the development of deflection.Record the occurrence of cracks and the development of the delineate cracks.In compare with comparative groups,and reinforcement ratio is reduced.PK-S composite slab has stronger stiffness an longer yield platform.The development of crack is slow,the snake-shaped rebar obviously restrains the development of crack.Even crack quantity is more than comparative groups.That explains snake-shaped rebar is better than rebar mesh on anti cracking performance.(3)the bearing capacity of the composite slab is less than comparative groups.If we fix the other control condition.The reinforcement ratio decides bearing capacity of concrete component.(4)To analysis the bending deformation of snake-shaped rebar.We know that snake-shaped rebar creates pressure on concrete.Put forward suggestions on construction.In practice,the angle defines 40 °to 60°.And we use 60°to get a better effect.(5)We draw support from classical bond slip model of reinforced concrete.Combined stress characteristics of inclined rebar.The formula of the bond slip model for the derivation of the inclined steel bar.
