Steel-concrete composite beam is widely used because of its superior performance.Sincethebirthofcompositebeams,researchersall aroundtheworldhavedonethestudieswidely and deeply. For the excellent plasticity of the steel, the number of new typecompositebeams is increasing quickly.Studies of compositebeams are still considerately.The rebar-truss formworks is a new type of formworks used widely in recent years,which can load independently. Due to its special performance, people can use lessformworks in engineering. It is found that the concrete composite slabs with rebar trusswork better than the concrete composite slabs with profiled sheeting in engineering. So itmaybe work better than the concrete composite slabs with profiled sheeting as a part ofthe steel-concrete composite beams either.A static loading test was conducted on four full-scale specimens to study theperformance of the steel-concrete composite beams with rebar truss formworks.Summarized the characteristics of steel-concrete composite beams with rebar-trussformworks by analyzing the testing phenomenon and data. Based on the test results, thestudy of the bearing capacity of steel-concrete composite beams with rebar-trussformworks was done and the formulas for the bearing capacity of steel-concretecomposite beams with rebar-truss formworks were derived. Ideas of building finiteelement model of steel-concrete composite beams with rebar-truss formworks andanalyzing it by ANSYS was suggested and put into practice.
