At present,yacht industry is developing rapidly in China.The ability training and valuation of yacht operators are a key part of yacht-industry-economy-chain.If part of the yach's actual operation training achieve in the full task yacht simulator,it will significantly improve training efficiency,save training costs and avoid the risk of training.With the development of virtual reality technology,it has the advantages of much cheaper,easier network and smaller occupied space as a complement to full mission simulator.Therefore,it will gradually occupy a certain share of market.This thesis focuses on the key technology and implementation of the VR visual system.In addition,the human body data in 3D scene as the research object,obtain the 3D point cloud data using Kinect,the research of point cloud data preprocessing,denoising method,method of 3D point cloud data of different range of global registration,as well as from point cloud to 3D surface reconstruction method of 3D model.The main research works and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)With virtual reality equipment,such as the Kinect,the Oculus Rift and the three-freedom dynamic platform seat,the VR yacht visual system have been establish.The visual simulation system of the port,the sea and the day and night,rain,snow and other real scene,provides a perspective view.The yacht cockpit view can follow the movement of the head and can change it easily.In addition,the seat with the yacht sports meet the system in the sense of realism and immersion requirements,and ensure the real-time,to achieve the desired effect.(2)This thesis uses three Kinect devices to obtain 3D scene data from multiple perspectives.In order to solve the problem of point cloud noise,it put forward a method of combining bilateral filtering with median filtering,which improves the quality of point cloud.The calibration objects from different perspectives calculate the rotation and translation matrices between adjacent angles,and the point cloud matched success by the iterative nearest point(ICP)algorithm.This method completes the global registration of point clouds quickly and effectively.(3)This thesis uses the mobile cube algorithm the Poisson algorithm and the greedy projection triangulation algorithm to reconstruct the 3D surface of the point cloud data and carry on the pair.The Poisson algorithm is not suitable for the point cloud data studied in this paper.The greedy projection triangulation algorithm has poor noise resistance and the information loss of the mobile cube algorithm is serious.The color data of the point cloud mapped to the 3D model,and the realistic sense of the 3D model is increased.
