Port collection and distribution system plays an important role in port function.With the rapid development of container transportation market in our country,the requirements of harbor collection and transportation system are put forward Inland container collection and distribution system is the continuation and expansion of the port logistics function on land.In order to alleviate the pressure of port operation,improve the efficiency of port operation,strengthen the port and hinterland transport convergence,planning and construction of inland collection and distribution system has been paid more and more attention by the community.Research on the distribution of cargo in the inland container collection and distribution network not only can save the cost and save the time,but also can understand the operation status of the dispatching system through the flow of goods and the way of transportation,and then to carry out scientific planning,effective investment and construction.The traditional optimization study based on deterministic needs ignores the fact that the transportation demand,and costs will change with the development of the transport market,which is the important influencing factors of the container transport market actual development requirements.Therefore,how to combine the uncertain needs of the container inland collection and distribution system for targeted investment planning is very important for policy makers.Based on the above background,this paper analyzes the constituent elements and functional status of the container inland collection and distribution system,and puts forward the method of cargo distribution with uncertain demand.By comparing and analyzing the uncertain variables,the method of interval analysis is selected.Based on the uncertain parameters of the interval number,the planning model with the minimum cost is set.The calculation rules and comparison methods of interval number are used to simplify the model,and the inland container transport network of Liaoning coastal port group is selected as the research object,and the result is obtained by lingo 10 programming.Then,based on the results of freight distribution,this paper analyzes the current situation of the transport capacity and existing problems of the regional collection and distribution system,and analyzes the changes of the results under different conditions of collecting and distribution by changing the road freight and releasing the railway capacity,and gives the direction optimization proposal to further improve the level of inland collection and distribution.It can be used as a reference for the investors and the decision maker.
