With the development of the Internet,the e-commerce market has shown a significant growth trend in recent years.In an increasingly competitive environment,how to improve consumers’ experience and increase their stickiness has become the focus of competition among major e-commerce platforms.The logistics distribution system is precisely the guarantee of a good online shopping experience for customers.At the same time,as environmental issues become more prominent,many companies are trying to reduce the environmental impact of logistics activities.In addition,enterprises will face a variety of uncertain factors in their daily operations and management,such as the uncertainty of the production process and the uncertainty of product quality.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the location-routing optimization problem of logistics distribution under uncertain environment.Based on the above background,this paper mainly studies the problem of logistics distribution location-routing optimization problem under uncertain environment.In the case of uncertaindemandof consumer.The objective function are to minimize the total cost and the carbon emission.The single-objective and multi-obj ective logistics distribution location-routing optimization problem are studied separately.The specific research work of this paper is mainly divided into the following three aspects:(1)For the logistics distribution location-routing optimization problem under uncertain environment,the logistics distribution system consisting of a single central warehouse,multiple consumers and multiple parcel lockers is considered as the research object.The door-to-door and self-lifting cabinets are equipped with two delivery modes to distribute the products from the central warehouse to the parcel lockers or home-delivered consumers.The fuzzy mixed integer programming model with the total cost minimized as the objective function is constructed.The fuzzy expectation method is used to sharpen the fuzzy requirements and solved by CPLEX software.(2)Based on the problem of logistics distribution location-routing optimization problem under uncertain environment,considering the goal of minimizing total cost and minimizing carbon emissions,constructing multi-objective and multi-period logistics distribution location-routing optimization problem under uncertain environmentis constructed.The fuzzy expectation method is used to sharpen the fuzzy requirements,and the multi-objective model is solved by the constrained method.(3)Taking the J-enterprise logistics distribution system as a case,the two models proposed in this paper are combined with actual cases to verify the validity of the model.At the same time,sensitivity analysis is carried out on some important parameters,and the influence of these parameters on the solution results is explored,which provides theoretical reference and method support for decision makers’decision-making practice.The problem of joint optimization of location and routing of logistics distribution under uncertain demand studied in this paper is an extension of the joint optimization of location and routing.Through the model solution and sensitivity analysis system,it can be shown that the location-path joint optimization model and the proposed solution method under the uncertain demand constructed in this paper can provide theoretical reference and method support for the e-commerce platform enterprise management practice.
