Discharge structure is an important part of the diversion type power plant,the power plant safe operation and closely related.Hydropower Station Spillway sluice slope is common,in the design process,the project layout and the surrounding environment with each other,make full use of the geographical conditions,layout of a reasonable size and meet the engineering requirements is discharging slope necessary.Therefore,to ensure the safe operation of hydropower station project in Xinjiang under the premise,makes a deep and comprehensive study on the hydraulic characteristics and structure optimization of discharging slope of the hydropower station.This paper in the domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of study on the hydraulic characteristics of hydropower station drainage steep slope on the hydropower project design according to the design data provided by the units,establish hydraulic physical model.The physical model test on the discharge capacity of the original design scheme based on the drainage steep slope,steep slope along the water level and velocity,a preliminary the research at the outlet of tail drainage steep slope and the intersection form.Then according to the experimental result and analysis of experiment data,the discharging slope two conditions along the water depth,flow velocity,pressure distribution,two stilling stilling erosion of the tailrace outlet flow pattern and effect and evaluation second stilling pool,and the physical model test in the optimization problem.The optimization scheme to the hydraulic model test,to verify whether the optimization scheme can meet the engineering actual operation Need,and finally got the optimal solution.At the same time for the local area to carry out drainage steep slope ice test,verify the row drift ice discharging slope.Conclusion physical model test showed that:in the ice ice drift test flow conditions for 52.5m~3/s,gate operation of ice discharge is good,can be discharged effectively floating,but the connection section on the steep slope of stilling basin and the presence of a small amount of ice accumulation.In the most unfavorable conditions of 365m~3/s traffic in a class the stilling pool memory fluctuations in the water,the water overflow side wall.Aiming at the existing problems in the original design scheme proposed 3optimization schemes,and the physical model experiment on optimization scheme.Based on the physical model test of water level,flow velocity and the energy dissipation effect is compared with the original design scheme,the results show that the optimization program three the wave beam in the stilling pool at the top of the layout can effectively solve the problems in the original design.
