The Evolution Of The Xin Jiekou Central Business District In Nanjing Since The 1980s.

Since the reform and opening up,the central district of Nanjing city has changed dramatically.In the social economy high speed development and optimization of industrial structure adjustment,under the push of xinjiekou continued to expand the scope of central region,the commercial center of nanjing city become CBD,its connotation and function are very significant changes have taken place.With downtown remarkable achievements,the contradictions also began unfolding in some cities,such as poor district land configuration,development capacity is insufficient,road traffic congestion,environmental quality is low,etc.However,these contradictions are not suddenly in a certain period of time,but after years of precipitation and accumulation,in a variety of mechanisms to a combination of evolution.Therefore,the analysis and summarization of development change since the reform and opening up in xinjiou central area are more realistic and necessary.In this paper,we hope to find out the reasons and characteristics of the evolution of the history of the new district,and discuss its future development.First chapter from nanjing city and nature,social and economic development level and scale of the change of the mode of residents' consumption level and discusses the nanjing xinjiekou downtown development premise condition and the background;By summarizing the development status and relevant theories of the central and foreign countries,the dynamic mechanism and development trend of the central district development are obtained.The second chapter reviewed since the 1980 s to xinjiekou center at various stages of development,and planning sector in different periods predecessors to its theoretical research and planning practice.Third chapter six different years from eighty s land use status of drawings,summarizes the xinjiekou center scale evolution rule,and the change of function of land use scale and layout.From the Angle of the construction of the central area and the surrounding environment,this paper analyzes the evolution law of the spatial morphology of the new street.Fifth chapter through to the city road structure,bus site layout,parking,traffic tools and way to travel,three-dimensional pedestrian system from several aspects the change summary,this paper expounds the central development and existing problems of traffic and its supporting facilities.Chapter 6 is a summary of the existing problems in the central area of xinjiou,and the thinking and outlook on its future development.It also reflects on the problems and shortcomings of this paper.
